Bobby Moore

Executive Chef

Bobby is a familiar face around South High Street. As a member of the Coast team since 2020, he has built up a bit of a fan base among loyal Coast Wine House guests. He studied at the Québec Institute of Tourism & Hospitality and is a 20+ year veteran of the restaurant industry with a love of seasonal cuisine. He looks forward to bringing some French Canadian flair to the dishes at Gene's.

Michael is a beloved local restaurant veteran with experience at a number of central Ohio’s most popular spots. To our team he brings a great pedigree that includes leading teams and opening new restaurants but most importantly a warm and composed sense of hospitality. He has a deep passion for food and wine and is currently studying for his WSET level 2.
